Direct mail for home service

Show them their house. Then put it in the mailbox.

Draw a neighborhood. We pull Street View of every house. You write how the card should look — a new roof, a treated lawn, Christmas lights, solar, paint, whatever you sell. We generate the picture. You send the postcard.

The piece

This is your house.

Front of a 6×9. The house is theirs. The look is yours.

How it works

  1. 01

    Write the look

A prompt in your words. Roofing, lawn, pest, HVAC, lights — the model edits the real photo.

  2. 02

    Draw the streets

Polygon on satellite. OpenStreetMap fills in every house it knows inside the shape.

  3. 03

    Approve the houses

Street View on the left, your render on the right. Reprocess or edit any row.

  4. 04

    Mail the list

Lob prints 6×9s and drops them. Tracking comes back onto the same list.

Built for operators

The same workbench Christmas-light operators already use to mail a street.

Not a template catalog. Not a PDF you print yourself. A map, a queue of real addresses, an image model that refuses to invent a different house, and a send button that talks to the printer.

Postage and AI renders are billed to the live keys on this box. Start with a Lob test key if you want to walk the flow without mailing anything.
